Discovering iPad by Mathieu Reynès

What a great image.  I think the amazing power of the iPad combined with its beyond-simple interface is enough to inspire child-like wonder in many of us.  I also love the story behind the image:

… could be called ‘discovering iPad’, it’s the first illustration I made on my iPad using Autodesk Sketchbook Pro, made the day after I received it. It was inspired by the first feeling I had when I hold it for the first time : I felt like a child discovering his new toy !

And some background on it from the artist:

The other image, called ‘hill’, was inspired by a walk in the Pyrénées (french mountains). I wanted to reproduce the lights and the shadows of the clouds on the ground. I used ‘brushes for ipad’.
